We keep it a small group of 15-20 participants from several Dealerships sharing real world information based on actual experience. The atmosphere is casual yet informative, and once the initial sessions begin all participants are urged to speak freely and ask questions of the Host and other participant’s. Dress is business or resort casual (depending on location). Leave your business suit at home!

This small group round table format is perfect for sharing. Our 12+ year experience in implementing and maintaining CDC's, BDC's, and managed floor's at our own locations gives you the edge! Participants directly discuss the topics that affect their dealership's special situations. In a group forum, ask your questions to people who have been there before. Many of our participants have an existing managed Floor or CDC/BDC and are looking for further improvements and new ideas.
