Or Roadside the assistance program. By the way who's the lucky one that gets to drive the _______? Was this your first purchase from us? What other kind of vehicles do you have? Who drives the _______? (match names to vehicles) Of all the people in your household, WHO'S MOST LIKELY to be in the market NEXT? Cust: Nobody right now! CDR: Oh no, I didn't mean right now, I meant down the road who would be next? Cust: Little Johnie CDR: What made you think of ___? Too bad they aren't in the market now! (explain benefits of buying now) By the way, could I ask you a favor? One of the things we're most proud of here at _______ is that we get a lot of business though repeat sales to customer and then from referrals - from people just like yourself. SO WHO DO YOU KNOW, maybe a friend, relative, neighbor or someone THAT HAS SEEN YOUR NEW CAR that one of these days might be thinking about a new or used car, truck or van themselves?
